Our Approach
Coordination is the work most people never see.
Behind every dependable evaluation is a layer of credentialing, scheduling, and operations support. That coordination is what Valor does best.
- 01
Understand the need
We start with the program: the specialties required, coverage areas, volume, and the documentation standards each evaluation must meet.
- 02
Match credentialed providers
We draw from our independent network of licensed, verified clinicians and align them to the right work by specialty, licensure, and availability.
- 03
Coordinate the operations
Scheduling, communication, and logistics are handled by our team so providers can focus on the evaluation and programs can rely on consistent delivery.
- 04
Maintain quality & compliance
Credentialing stays current, documentation stays aligned to program standards, and our WOSB and SAM.gov standing supports federal and civilian contract work.
The engagement model
Independent by design.
Clinicians in the Valor network are independent 1099 contractors. They choose the work that fits their licensure and availability, and they keep their professional autonomy. Our role is to support them with credentialing, scheduling, coordination, and operations. We do not place or employ them.
For organizations, that means dependable, credentialed evaluation capacity that flexes with demand. For providers, it means meaningful work without the administrative load.
